Jane's Bridge network of providers meet & often beat
the following minimum criteria:

+ Provider must be a currently licensed practitioner in the field(s) of expertise
+ Minimum of 2 years experience in specific field(s) of expertise
+ Need to demonstrate patient results with at least 3 letters of referral
+ Must provide copies of current comprehensive insurance coverages
+ Must pass Jane's Bridge practitioner interview evaluation
+ Provider is required to provide ongoing patient progress reports to Jane's Bridge
+ Provider must submit list of specific conditions treated and results
